Cassandra Lynn Jensen (August 15, 1979 - January 15, 2014) was an American model. She was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for February 2006. Her nickname is "Butterfly" due to the five stylized butterfly tattoos of different sizes on various parts of her body, including her back and lower back.Jensen was born in Price, Utah but as a girl lived mostly in Huntington, Utah and Ferron, Utah before moving with her mother to the Salt Lake Valley. She graduated from Emery High School in Castle Dale in 1997. In high school she was in concert choir and on the diving team. She was nominated as the girl who would most likely be in a "Bellybutton R' Us" calendar.Cassandra Lynn Hensley was found dead in a bathtub on January 15th 2014 aged just 34.The married model - who was crowned Playmate Miss February 2006 - had reportedly been binging on cocaine and booze in the hours before her death in California.A representative for her family told E!
